Mobily Pay & AlFursan Term and Conditions
Mobily Pay provides this service to customers as a miles-earning service with the Saudi Airlines Al-Fursan program.
The service is available only for Mobily Pay customers and Al-Fursan members.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct Al-Fursan membership number and cannot claim missing miles if the number is incorrect.
The number of miles or the corresponding cashback will be deducted for the transactions that have been cancelled.
Some merchant categories are excluded as shown on the (Cashback Program) page

Miles will be deposited to the Al-Fursan account within 7 working days from the transaction date.
Using the miles service means you agree to all terms and conditions for (Al-Fursan) and Mobily Pay.
You must use your mileage balance before switching from the mileage cashback program to the cash cashback program.

Rounding Rules:
If the fractional value of the earned miles is less than half a mile, it will be rounded down to the lower mile.
If the fractional value of the earned miles is equal to or greater than half a mile, it will be rounded up to the higher mile.

Q1- How are miles earned?
A1 – Based on card type and transaction type (local or international).
Q2 – Are there excluded categories?
A2 – Yes, certain merchant categories (same as the Cashback program)
Q3 – I entered the wrong membership number; what steps should I take?
A3 – You can modify your membership number by contacting the App Support Team.
Q4 – What is the time frame for redeeming miles?
A4 – There is no specific time limit for redeeming miles.
Q5 – Can I transfer between loyalty programs?
A5 – Yes, customers can transfer between loyalty programs after redeeming all miles.
Q6 – Can miles be converted into cash (Cashback)?
A6 – No, customers cannot convert miles into cash or vice versa.
Q7 – I redeemed all my miles, but they haven’t appeared in my Al-Fursan account. What should I do?
A7 – The process of redeeming miles usually takes between 3 to 7 business days to reflect in your AlFursan account.
Q8-How to earn the AlFursan Welcome Miles:
A8- When issuing or renewing a Signature card during the offer period.
– The customer must make at least one transaction using the Signature card.
– The AlFursan Welcome miles will be credited within 10 business days of the next month.
– Card fees are non-refundable when receiving the AlFursan Welcome miles
